With over 15 years of teaching experience, Melissa brings firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within our schools.

Long time member of the RWB community; as a teacher herself, she has brought the voice of CMS teachers to the board and fights for teachers, parents and students. She is running for re-election.

Melissa Easley aligns moderately with Libertarian principles, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and reducing bureaucracy. She supports county-wide management and balanced hiring but favors some centralized decisions contrary to decentralization values.
