By submitting your voter guide, you agree that:

• Eligibility and Compliance: You confirm that: (a) you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, or an organization organized under U.S. law; and (b) you are not acting on behalf of any foreign government, foreign political party, or foreign national in submitting this voter guide.
• License Grant: You grant Change.org a free, permanent, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and promote your voter guide on our platform and related channels.
• Your Rights and Content Accuracy: You confirm that you created this content or have permission to share it, and that any images, photos, or media included are either yours or you have the right to use them. You represent that the information provided in the voter guide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not contain defamatory material.
• Our Editorial and Moderation Rights: We may edit your guide for clarity, tone, or length, and will provide you an opportunity to review significant changes before publication. We reserve the right not to publish guides that don't meet our community standards or legal requirements.
• Submission Commitment: Once you click submit, you're committing to provide all required information in our submission form to complete your voter guide. By clicking submit, I agree to these terms and the Change.org Terms and Privacy Policy, and confirm I have the rights to all content I'm submitting and meet the eligibility requirements above.
