Congressman David Valadao has helped deliver working families tax cuts, a secure border, American energy dominance, peace through strength, and lower costs for families across California and our nation. David has also brought his experience in business and agriculture to lead efforts to support our farmers, as well as our troops, veterans, and law enforcement. I am proud to ENDORSE Congressman David Valadao in California’s 22nd District, and look forward to working with him to defend and grow our majority and CONTINUE our American comeback!
Rep. David Valadao has been a steadfast supporter of the U.S.-Israel alliance throughout his six terms representing the Golden State’s Central Valley. After October 7th, he cosponsored and voted for legislation backing Israel and affirming its right to self-defense while condemning Hamas and its barbaric attack on the Jewish state. He also stated: “Deeply troubled to learn of the attacks by Hamas terrorists against Israel and its citizens. I stand with Israel and its right to defend itself from terrorism.” Additionally, he supported supplemental security assistance for the Jewish state. A member of the powerful Appropriations Committee, he backed supplemental funding for the Iron Dome system in 2021. Valadao also signed on to a bipartisan letter that urged the administration to utilize both sanctions and diplomacy in response to Iran’s belligerent activity in the region, and he cosponsored a bill that promotes additional normalization agreements between Israel and her Arab neighbors. Further, he voted against the Iran Nuclear Deal in 2015. Valadao traveled to Israel in 2013 and 2022 with AIPAC’s sister foundation.
