[NYT] About Us

[NYT] Our vision: informed voters, accountable leaders

[NYT] Elected officials should work for us – the voters.

[NYT] But today, about 16 of every 100 ballots cast nationally doesn’t include a vote for state legislature.1 In nonpartisan races, 22.5% of voters don’t weigh in.2 And in the November 2024 election, a striking 56% of San Francisco voters left at least one item blank on their ballots.3

[NYT] The experts call this ‘roll-off.’ We call it a huge missed opportunity. Because politicians pay attention to people who vote.

[NYT] Change.vote was built to ensure that all citizens can vote informed, all the way down their ballot. We believe that building open, unbiased, and nonpartisan tools for civic participation is essential to creating a truly free and fair society.
