Shall the measure to continue existing general government funding to maintain essential services including public safety staffing; filling potholes; maintaining and repairing City streets, sidewalks, multi-use trails, and bicycle paths; and expanding multi-modal circulation, by renewing and extending the voter-approved 3/4 cent sales tax until ended by voters, with all funds staying in Arcata, providing approximately $2.8 million annually, and requiring audited spending reports and citizens' oversight, be adopted?
