Strengthen California water-system reliability and accountability through wildfire backup-power preparedness, improved notice in water-rights adjudications, and better water-use measurement and reporting.

Invest in water security, water recycling, groundwater recharge, stormwater capture, conservation, and storage while modernizing aging water infrastructure before failures.

Reduce wildfire losses through home-hardening standards and incentives, community wildfire-prevention grants, and property-tax relief for qualifying home-hardening improvements.

Support wildfire prevention, hardened infrastructure, emergency preparedness, and recognition of homeowners’ investments in wildfire and other risk-reduction measures.
