2026 Texas Primary Election Ballot
As longtime residents of North Texas we care deeply about effective immigration reform, affordable healthcare, protection of women’s rights, adequate funding of public schools, separation of church and state, ending censorship in educational settings, gun safety, and the environmental impact of the oil and gas industry on our communities. We support candidates who address these issues through a lens that supports human rights for all people and providing a nurturing and safe environment for all children.

Mejor elecciónDescribed as calm, values-driven, and persuasive, he supports Medicaid expansion and broader access to healthcare, common sense gun safety, and broader security and humanitarian reform of immigration laws. As a former public school teacher education is central to his platform.

Described as direct, confrontational, and unapologetic, she supports Medicare for all, universal healthcare, strong federal investment in public education, and humane immigration reform. She is a strong advocate for gun safety reform.

Mejor elecciónShe is the incumbent state board representative, a school counselor, a former Desoto ISD trustee, graduate of Desoto High School, University of Houston, UNT, masters, Abilene Christian, doctorate. She believes strong student outcomes are best supported when local school districts have primary control over how state standards are implemented, a balanced system that prioritizes student success through data-informed decisions. FWISD is under conservatorship and a board of managers will be appointed this spring taking over decision-making of the FWISD school board, who will then serve in an advisory capacity. At this critical time it’s important that the Texas State Board of Education District 13 representative, which covers many North Texas school districts, be a staunch advocate for FWISD. Tiffany has worked hard since the October announcement to understand the process, ask pertinent questions, and educate the community.

He continues to tout his tougher sentencing, securing multiple death penalties and numerous life sentences, keeping the DA’s office in conservative hands.

She critiques deficit spending and cuts to public health. Additionally, she has prior experience as an elected official serving as Tarrant county commissioner.

As the incumbent he’s supported by Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC, the state’s leading advocacy group for limiting businesses’ legal liability. Prior to becoming a judge appointed by Greg Abbott he oversaw legal challenges to the Affordable Care Act, defended Texas’ strict abortion laws and fought against benefits for same-sex couples.


About Ellen and Melissa : We are a mother and daughter living in Fort Worth. We love the museums, Fort Worth Zoo, Trinity Trail, Botanic Gardens, Joe T Garcias. Ellen graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in accounting, worked in public accounting and the private sector, raised her two daughters in Plano, volunteered in their schools, her church, and the community, taught yoga, moved to Forth Worth in 2021. Melissa holds a Master’s of Accountancy from TCU and has over a decade of public accounting experience, specializing in nonprofit and educational institutions. As a parent of two young children and school volunteer she combines professional expertise with a strong dedication to her community.
