Victoria Watlington

Councilwoman Watlington was courageous enough to publicly call out the payout to CMPD Chief Johnny Jennings. She is a three-time FOP endorsed councilwoman and Charis the City of Charlotte's Housing & Community Safety Committee.

I believe her directness is necessary.

I endorse Victoria Watlington for her transparency push and equity lens, though her criticism of City Council lacks weight due to her reluctance to take a larger leadership role.
