Rep. Cunningham’s vote to take away even more money from NC public schools to give it to wealthy families to use for private school vouchers was a bridge too far. Her vote to make it even more unsafe for Charlotte immigrant families, made it clear, it was time for new representation in HD106. Rodney Sadler’s decades of advocacy work for moral leadership in our NCGA, has evolved to the point of putting himself on the ballot.
